Your coffee loyalty card. Minus the cardboard.

Every café and shop you love, in one app. Tap the key card on the counter and the stamp is yours.

Three taps in, you’ll forget paper existed.

01

Buy your usual

Nothing to scan, nothing to remember.

02

Tap the key card

Staff hold it out. About a second.

03

Claim your reward

You’ll know the moment one’s ready. One more tap claims it.

Find the ones near you

The app shows which places near you stamp with Loyollo, including the ones you haven’t tried. It can also nudge you when you walk past somewhere you collect — off until you turn it on.

All of them, in one list

No wallet full of bent cardboard. Put them in the order you actually use, group them, hide the ones you’ve finished with — or check your next reward from a widget without opening the app.

VIP where you’re a regular

Collect enough somewhere and their counter knows it. Every stamp keeps the date you earned it, so you can see how long you’ve been going.

No password, no faff

A six‑digit code to your email. Delete the lot whenever you like.

Happy hour, on the high street.

Every so often a limited‑time offer turns up in the app — a few pounds to spend at local places, for a few hours. Claim it at the counter with a tap: Loyollo pays the venue back, so there’s nothing awkward at the till. Offers move around and aren’t always running.

The high street is worth the walk.

The independents near you — the café that knows your order, the barber, the bakery that’s sold out by two — are up against chains with apps, points and marketing budgets. Loyollo is the same thing, built for a shop with one till. Collect where you already go, and the places that make a town worth walking around are still there next year.

Venues see numbers. Never you.

A café sees how many people collect and how often — not who. Ratings are pooled, and nearby reminders are worked out on your phone. The full privacy policy says it properly.

Ar gael yn Gymraeg.

The app is bilingual all the way through — English or Cymraeg, switched whenever you like — and a venue can write its card in both. Darllenwch hyn yn Gymraeg.

Free for customers, on iPhone and Android. In early testing with businesses across North Wales.

Questions people ask

Do I need to sign up before I go in?

No. Install Loyollo, sign in with your email, and your first tap adds that venue’s card for you. There is nothing to join and no form to fill in at the counter.

How do I claim a reward?

Hold your phone to the key card again. The app shows the venue and what you’re claiming, and staff don’t have to do anything different — there is nothing to argue about and nothing to look up.

Can I add stamps from home?

No, and that is rather the point. The key card is a real card that stays at the counter, so a stamp always means you were actually there. Nothing to scan, no code to type.

Which phones work?

Any iPhone or Android phone with NFC. If your phone can pay contactlessly, it can tap a key card.

What happens when I get a new phone?

Sign in with the same email address and your cards and stamps come back. Nothing lives only on the handset.

What do venues see about me?

Numbers, never you. A café sees how many people collect and how often — no name, no email. Ratings are pooled, so no single thumbs up or down points at a person. The full privacy policy says it properly.

What is a happy hour offer?

A limited‑time offer at local places that only turns up in the app — a few pounds to spend, for a few hours. Claim it at the counter with a tap and Loyollo pays the venue back, so there is nothing to explain at the till. They move around and aren’t always running.

Does it cost anything?

No. Loyollo is free for customers, with no ads and nothing sold. Venues pay for their card.

Is it in Welsh?

Yes, all of it. Switch between English and Cymraeg in the app whenever you like, and venues can write their card in both.

Do I have to turn location on?

Only if you want to. It is what shows you the places near you that stamp with Loyollo, and what nudges you when you walk past somewhere you collect. Both are off until you switch them on.

Can I delete everything?

Yes, from inside the app: account, cards and stamps, all of it, without emailing anybody.
