What we owe each other.
The agreement between Loyollo and a business using it. Written to be read, which means it is shorter than it could be and says what it means.
Last updated 28 September 2026.
Who this is with
Loyollo is operated by Brandified Ltd, M‑SParc, Gaerwen. This agreement is between Brandified Ltd and the business using Loyollo — “you” throughout.
Where somebody else pays for your subscription — a council, town council or business improvement district running a high‑street scheme — they are not a party to this. Your account, your card and your customers stay yours. See funded schemes.
What you get
A digital stamp card, key cards that write a stamp to a customer’s phone when they tap, a dashboard, and whatever else the plan you are on includes. What each plan allows is shown on the Plan page. We may change those allowances, and will tell you before we do.
Your card is checked before it goes live
You design your card — the wording, the reward, how many stamps, the terms on it. We confirm it before it reaches anybody’s phone, and the same for edits: the card people already hold carries on working while a change is reviewed.
We may decline or withdraw a card that is misleading, unlawful, or that promises something you cannot honour. That is rare and we will always say why.
A reward is yours to honour
When a customer completes a card, the reward is owed by you, not by us. That stays true if you later pause, leave, or your funding ends: somebody who finished a card before that day is still owed what the card promised them.
The software is built to match. A paused venue still accepts a redemption tap — only new stamps are refused — so a customer holding a finished card is never left with no way to claim it.
Customers are not a mailing list
People using Loyollo are our users, not your marketing database. You see counts — how many collect, how often, how many finish — and never an identifiable person. You get no customer contact details through Loyollo, and you must not try to work out who an individual customer is from anything we show you.
Funded schemes
Some councils and business improvement districts pay for local independents to be on Loyollo. If yours does:
- You join voluntarily, and you can leave the scheme at any time while staying on Loyollo at your own cost.
- The funder sees aggregate figures for their area — how many businesses took a stamp, how many stamps, how many people collecting, by kind of business and by whole month. Never you individually, and never a customer.
- They are told which businesses they fund, because they chose and are paying for them. They are told nothing about how those businesses are doing.
- Your activity contributes to those area figures while you are on Loyollo in a district with a scheme — whether or not the scheme funds you, because a figure covering only funded businesses would not describe the high street. You can opt out of that in your account settings without leaving the scheme or Loyollo.
- If you were already paying when a scheme picked up your bill, your own subscription is paused for that period rather than charged twice, and starts again afterwards.
When funding ends
This is the part worth reading if you are on a scheme.
- 60 days before — we tell you the date and what happens next.
- 30 days before — a reminder, and one click to carry on at your own cost.
- 7 days before — final notice.
- On the day — nothing changes. Your card keeps working and your customers notice nothing.
- 30 days after — the card stops taking new stamps. Anyone holding an earned reward can still claim it.
Nothing is deleted at any point. Come back in six months and your card, your customers and their stamps are exactly where you left them. Carrying on at your own cost is the standard price — no penalty for having been funded, and no discount for it either.
Ending it
Either of us can end this with 30 days’ notice. Nothing is deleted on the day; how long we keep things is in the privacy notice. If you owe a customer a reward when you leave, you still owe it.
What we are responsible for, and what we are not
We will run Loyollo with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise it is never unavailable — no honest service does — and we are not liable for business you lose while it is. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You are responsible for what your card says, for honouring what it promises, and for who you give access to your account.
Changes, and where we argue about them
If we change these terms the date at the top changes. If a change matters we will tell you in the dashboard rather than hoping you re‑read the page. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
